Advise on the need to appoint other consultants and specialists.
Prepare alternative design ideas.
Meet with client and agree the outline scheme.
Prepare scheme drawings.
Make Planning Application, if required, and/or make application for Certificate of Lawful Development and Listed Building Consent.
Prepare detailed drawings in conjunction with Structural Engineer.
Make application under Building Regulations.
Specification of the Works:
Prepare Specification of Works and Construction drawings.
Tender the works.
